A Year in The Forest ; The Great Harvest

£180.00

6 Week Rewilding ; The Great Harvest ( September 2026 into October 2026)

The Internal Shift; From Fullness to Falling

"Learn the forest’s secret: that letting go is the most beautiful way to grow."

The Season; Summer into Autumn

Honouring the Thresholds

We witness the liminal spaces—the quiet, blurring edges where one season exhales and the next begins to stir.

By observing these transitions rather than just the destinations, we learn to navigate the "in-between" moments of our own lives.

Week 1: The High Green (Late Summer) August 31st~6th September

The forest is at its most lush, but the air is beginning to change. We start by honouring the peak of our own energy and the "fullness" of our lives.

  • The Invitation: "The Canopy Bath." Looking up through the dense, heavy leaves and feeling the weight of summer’s success.

  • The Goal: Acknowledging our achievements and the abundance we currently hold.

Week 2: The First Sigh (The Turning) September 7th~13th

We look for the "scouts"—the very first leaves to change colour or the first acorns to drop. The forest is beginning its slow exhale.

  • The Invitation: "Finding the Gold." A slow wander to spot the subtle shifts in colour and the drying of the ferns.

  • The Goal: Accepting that change is quiet, natural, and inevitable.

Week 3: The Gift of the Seed (The Harvest) September 14th~20th

The forest is busy distributing its legacy. Seeds, nuts, and fruits are falling to ensure the future.

  • The Invitation: "The Forager’s Eye." Observing the incredible variety of seeds and pods. We ask: What seeds am I planting for my own future?

  • The Goal: Shifting from "doing" to "investing" in our long-term well-being.

Week 4: The Equinox (Balance) September 21st~27th

Day and night are equal. The forest feels poised between the heat of the past and the chill of the future.

  • The Invitation: "The Threshold Walk." A ritual of crossing over a physical line (a fallen log or a stream) to symbolize moving into the darker half of the year.

  • The Goal: Finding internal balance and "centering" ourselves amidst life’s transitions.

Week 5: The Art of Letting Go (The Fall) September 28th~October 4th

The leaves are no longer just turning; they are dropping. The forest shows us that there is beauty in release.

  • The Invitation: "Falling with the Leaves." We spend time watching the descent of a single leaf. We practice the "Exhale Meditation."

  • The Goal: Identifying what we are ready to let go of—stress, old habits, or heavy expectations.

Week 6: The Earthy Return (Autumn Integration) October5th ~11th

The forest floor is now a thick, fragrant carpet. The scent of "petrichor" and decaying leaves (humus) is strong.

  • The Invitation: "The Rooted Tea Ceremony." We sit on the fallen leaves, drinking a warm, spiced forest tea. We honour the "compost" of our lives—the things that have ended but will nourish our next chapter.

  • The Goal: Leaving the 6-week journey feeling grounded, simplified, and ready for rest.

The 6-Week Rewilding: A Seasonal Immersion

From Summer into Autumn

Most of us live our lives indoors, governed by clocks and glowing screens. We’ve forgotten that we don't just visit nature—we are nature. The 6-Week Rewilding is a guided journey designed to help you shed your "city skin," recalibrate your nervous system, and come home to yourself through the medicine of the forest.

By meeting weekly, we move beyond a one-time experience and enter a true relationship with the land as it shifts from one state to the next.

What to Expect

Over six weeks, we transition from the "doing" mind to the "being" body. Each session is uniquely themed to mirror the current seasonal transition:

  • Weeks 1-2: Thresholds. Slowing the pace, opening the senses, and leaving the noise of the modern world behind.

  • Weeks 3-4: The Deepening. Developing "forest eyes" and practicing the art of stillness. We align our internal rhythm with the pulse of the changing Season.

  • Weeks 5-6: Integration. Harvesting the insights found in the woods and learning how to carry this wild peace back into your everyday life.

The Details

  • Frequency: One-hour session per week for six weeks.

  • The Experience: Guided invitations, slow movement, tea ceremonies, and group sharing.

  • Investment: £200 (Includes all materials and seasonal forest tea).

Why the 6-week format?

Science shows that "nature bathing" has an immediate effect on cortisol, but habitual connection creates lasting neurological change. By the third week, your brain begins to recognize the forest as a "safe space," allowing for deeper emotional processing and creative clarity that a single walk can’t always reach.

Each 1 hour weekly session will be privately planned ahead to suit your schedule and location preferences, across 6 weeks covering dates in September & October, to be confirmed.
