My Roots

Rhia English is a CMA & CPD Accredited Forest Therapy Practitioner with deep roots in nature and healing. Her journey began in childhood, enchanted by the woods and the native British flora, fauna, and fungi. Seeking healthy ways to manage stress and anxiety from a high-pressure job, she returned to the forest—where she now guides others through therapeutic experiences.

Rhia blends modern science and botanical wisdom , creating spaces of transformation and calm, and also by teaching others to recognize the forest not just as a backdrop, but as a pharmacy , integrating the ancestral art of foraging for wild medicine. Her work celebrates nature & and science and the human need for exposure to the magic that resides in the forests, woods & Parks of Kent. (Oh and a Castle or two, perhaps )

Rhia’s Ethos;

“ I aim to create inclusive, supportive forest experiences that are comfortable for both introverts and extroverts within a group setting, help people access woodland spaces and inspire adventurous self discovery. Through short and easy guided walks and mindful immersion I want to foster healing, confidence and connection. Forest Therapy is more than a wellness tool- its a pathway to belonging, recovery and joy. By making nature more accessible and meaningful I hope to spark lasting change in how people care for themselves and connect with the world around them.”
